“It’s hard to believe that Island Fever is a historical fiction book. It is well written and technically accurate with all the details. The illusion of paradise being outside of one’s reach brings the reality that paradise is within your own grasp every minute of every day. I really enjoyed the nautical references as a former Coast Guard boat captain it resonated with me and I was able to relive my time underway. As a believer, I know that everything happens for a reason and you must go through life with open eyes and listen for your spirit guides as they will guide you to paradise. Highly recommended.”
